Inquiries And Bookings

Submitting a form does not automatically confirm a booking. A shoot, quote, date, production scope or deliverable package is confirmed only after we accept the request and both sides agree the key details in writing.

Quotes, Payments And Cancellations

Prices, deposits, payment timing, cancellation terms and rescheduling rules may vary by project. They will be set out in the relevant proposal, invoice, message thread or written agreement for the booking.

Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate project information, timing, locations and access details.
• Secure venue, model, product, drone or location permissions when required.
• Tell us about confidentiality, brand, usage or delivery requirements in advance.
• Review and respond to production questions within agreed timelines.

Creative Work And Usage Rights

Photos, videos, edits, concepts, drafts and production materials remain protected by intellectual property rights. Usage rights for final deliverables are defined by the agreed quote, invoice or written agreement. Unless confidentiality or usage limits are agreed in writing, we may display completed work in our portfolio, website, social media, proposals and case studies.
