About the Position
The Video Editor receives organized footage, builds first cuts, handles revisions and prepares final versions for the required formats. The role is about shaping a story, not just joining attractive shots together.
- Edit reels, short films, cutdowns and social versions
- Build a clear narrative from raw footage
- Work with music, pacing, titles and simple sound design
- Export for vertical and horizontal delivery formats
Position Requirements
You should have commercial or social-first editing experience, reliable remote communication and the ability to work inside a clear production workflow.
- Portfolio with reels, brand videos or lifestyle edits
- Strong Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut skills
- Ability to receive and structure client revisions
- Stable internet and tidy file workflow
Skills
We value editors who feel rhythm, remove what does not serve the story and can explain decisions calmly and clearly.
- Pacing, storytelling and detail awareness
- Basic sound design and music editing
- Clean project files and naming conventions
- Independence in remote work
