Inspiration Laboratory is looking for a colorist who can make footage and images feel more refined, consistent and alive without losing the natural character of the material.
About the Position
The Colorist works on final photo and video material, balances sequences, keeps consistency and helps each project find its visual tone. The work is remote, but it needs clear communication and fast feedback loops.
- Handle color correction and color grading for photo and video
- Match series by light, balance and skin tone
- Prepare look options for review
- Follow brand mood and delivery requirements
Position Requirements
You should have experience with commercial material and confident control of color. We need someone who sees subtle differences, not someone who only applies presets.
- Portfolio with before/after work or finished series
- DaVinci Resolve, Lightroom, Capture One or Photoshop skills
- Understanding of skin tones, contrast, saturation and color harmony
- Calibrated monitor is a strong plus
Skills
Taste, technical cleanliness and consistency matter most. The role requires keeping one visual language even when the source material is complex.

- Reliable remote workflow
- Attention to detail and deadlines
